Dhalmorzza Cornerclub

Word spreads that Kyornill Dhalmorzza, a drow tinkerer that's resided in the Sol's Hope Undervillage for some twenty years, has purchased an abandoned establishment just near the Undervillage Marketplace. Drow and Duergar laborers were soon after hired and seen working on the refurbishing the establishment, and whispers spread quickly that a new bar and lounge of some sort would be opened there soon, bearing his namesake: The Dhalmorzza Cornerclub.

Within days of the work beginning, a posting is made on the local message board calling for a drummer, bartenders, cooks, and dancers of the drow variety to see Kyornill if they are interested in employment.

The sudden influx of gold being poured into the Undervillage causes a bit of a stir and excitement among the usually bored populace - perhaps enticing other entrepreneurs to explore their own ventures in the near future.

The opening day arrived at last. In addition to word of mouth spreading among locals, Kyornill and Zaleria sent invitations to several of their new surface neighbors and acquaintances.

Among the crowd of primarily Drow, Duergar, and Svirfneblin attendees were notables Vallyn and Xara Darkblade, Amendil and Willow Ste'fentheren, Aeryn'drada and Malaggar Zau'urden, Miz'rena Dryaalis and Valas T'sarran, Karl Grimfell, Maw Maw, and Valindra Duskryn.

Those who arrived early were treated to a toast by their hosts Kyor and Zaleria to commemorate the opening. As the toast ended, the hosts handed the floor over to Jevan Icharyd; the Cornerclub's new resident drummer. Quickly his hands filled the Cornerclub with music, and a heavy bass for patrons to dance to. Others had the pleasure of gazing upon Ildan Blundyth and T'risena Dhunneztice; the Cornerclub's featured dancers up high in their cages where all could look but not touch - unless invited. Other patrons made their way over to the sizeable bar, tended by Felynda Dyn, Jhulae Ilaletztice, and Jhalherd Cormral, who began pouring out the night's signature cocktails in addition to whatever else their customers might desire. Those who sat at a table were waited on by the lovely Miz'ri Icheztice; and even those dancing had a chance to be fed a rotating assortment of hors d'oeuvres by her hands as she walked the floor with her tray.

Revelry took hold over the crowd as dancing, feasting, drinking, and talking filled the room. Yet some preferred a more intimate setting, and found themselves wandering upstairs to the lounge. They were soon greeted by the quietly seductive Janonia Auvrytlar who served them drinks and snacks. Others were enticed by Ssaponia Goderret, Ranvyr Aleantyl, and Zesbreena Omrarn to take in a personal dance, or to follow them to a room for more private revels.
